Who We Are


Bill Edmondson is the president of Edmondson and Associates DBA Selling in the Zone. 

Bill is known for creating systems, programs and initiatives that generate an immediate boost in sales, enrollments and profitability. 

His primary training program is called the “5 Keys to Sales and Enrollment Mastery.”

The Keys are based on  needs every human being has that must be addressed before they can feel inspired and free to give a seller their time and money. 

Bill believes every human being has a unique talent that serves as the primary resource to make peoples life better. He also believes aligning your  talent, skills and desire to make people lives better is the formula for success in business.

Bill has certifications in sales training, coaching and consultancy. He is also a certified personality profiler which allows him to align his clients natural talent and skills with their sales and enrollment process.

Bill has had the pleasure to support training efforts with companies including Starbucks, Comcast, Century 21 Real Estate, Chevrolet Dealers, and many more.

After Bill and I came to our realization about sales, I made a life changing decision. I left auto sales and went back to school with the intention of figuring out why some people thrive while others suffer in obscurity? In the pursuit of the answer to that question, I earned my MA degree in Applied Behavioral Sciences and Executive Coaching. 

I am passionate about empowering individuals to take responsibility for their purpose. Once a person has tapped into that purpose, they are able to produce results beyond anything that was considered “normal” before. With this in mind, I wrote a book called Tag You’re It, designed to teach people how to overcome the odds and maximize their potential. 

Eventually the foundation of that book evolved into the latest iteration of my work called “Brian on Future.” This program is designed to get people in touch with their own innate power and to create a powerful future to work and live into. A future that provides for personal success and fulfillment, while making a difference in the lives of others. 

Having worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies, including Microsoft, Starbucks, Hallmark, FSI Engineering, and more, I have seen incredible results produced when individuals and teams take on an “ownership mindset” that includes taking ownership of not only their role but of the overall success of an organization.
